1. The coaching service
Sabina Shrestha Coaching provides online fitness and nutrition coaching. Programmes typically run twelve weeks. Coaching is delivered remotely through the client app at app.fitnesswithsabina.com, which is included with coaching and is not available separately.
2. The results guarantee — and its exact conditions
If you complete the programme and follow it honestly for twelve weeks without getting results, you may choose either outcome below. To qualify, all three of these must be met — and the app records each one, so neither side has to rely on memory:
- Three workouts a week, logged in the app.
- Follow the diet plan, photographing your meals and submitting them so they can be reviewed.
- Daily and weekly check-ins, and replying when your coach contacts you.
If those conditions are met and you have not got results, you choose:
— Sabina continues coaching you at no further cost until you reach your goal; or
— your coaching fee is refunded in full, with interest.
If the conditions are not met, the guarantee does not apply. This is not a technicality: without training, without following the plan and without checking in, weight loss is not achievable and the coaching cannot work.
3. Results vary
Materials on this site are provided as-is. Client results shown are individual outcomes, shared with permission, and depend on effort, consistency, starting point, genetics and adherence. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of any particular outcome for you.
4. Not medical advice
Sabina is a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, not a doctor. Nothing on this site or in the coaching is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified medical professional before starting any exercise or nutrition programme, particularly if you are pregnant, postpartum, injured, or managing a health condition.
5. Your content
If you give permission for your photographs or words to be used, they may appear on this website and on social media. You can withdraw that permission at any time and the material will be removed.
